Pre-leave: To get the full benefit of the program, expecting parents should sign up as early as possible, but ideally no later than three months before their parental leave is expected to begin. We will automatically register you for return to work coaching based on your return date!
Return-to-work: If you did not participate in the pre-leave portion of the program, we recommend signing up for return-to-work coaching the month you intend to come back from your leave. Your company will send out a registration email for returning parents every month.
